Delivering New Homes

Consultancy support has been provided to Local Authority clients as they deliver new affordable homes using cross-subsidy, estate regeneration and modern methods of construction (MMC) strategies. Each site comes with its own challenges and unlocking them for development takes time, resources and development know-how.

Combining project management and property development acumen, our Development Consultancy services support residential clients to secure the residential outcomes they seek at project and programme level.

• Expertise in site selection, due diligence, feasability studies and development strategy evaluation

• Development Programme creation and mobilisation (with self funding strategies)

• Design team assembly and management from inception to completion

• Securing planning permission using outline, full, amendment and prior approval application strategies.

• Stabilisation of troubled projects - revised design, development and cost strategies

• Delivery Monitoring in Partnership Arrangements

• Attendance on wider property matters - legal agreements, funding and finance strategies, neighbourly matters, title matters and valuation matters.

• Development Appraisal and Business Case Preparation

• Contractor procurement, appointment and monitoring support

• Disposal strategy and advice.
